Product Availability:

We work with many skilled and talented craftsman, and often our demand exceeds their capacity. Our products often sell out, and when they do a "notify me" badge will appear on the product's page, which we encourage you to sign up. As soon as the product comes back in stock you will receive a one-time email notification. Unfortunately, we do not keep waiting lists or allow pre-orders, and all information you provide will be kept private.

All of our products are handled with care and prepared for shipment using minimal packaging.

We ship orders out within 1-3 days with 90% of orders leaving our doors the same day. In the case that your product is out of stock or back ordered, we will alert you promptly.

Domestic Shipping: We offer 2 domestic shipping options: Free USPS First Class Shipping or Customer-paid Priority Mail. We want to make shipping either free or affordable.. We ship to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

International Shipping: We offer United States Postal Service (USPS), and regularly ship all over the world. Note: packages that ship via USPS First Class will not have tracking information. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Please contact us directly if your destination is not available at checkout.
